Position Overview

As a Customer Relations Representative for Megan Green State Farm, you will help current customers with managing their insurance products, billing, claims, and much more. This position requires constant multitasking, problem solving, and excellent customer service skills. If this sounds like you, please apply!

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Complete all daily tasks in a timely fashion.
Pivot to other insurance products that may help protect the customer and their family.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
